3/26/12 HOTEL UPDATE: The Hyatt Regency is booked for Monday night, April 23. The hotel is monitoring and if there are cancellations, they will let us know.

In the meantime, the Hyatt Regency is working with the Marriott Marquis, which is a connected through the skywalk and maybe 5 minutes away for sleeping rooms for Monday night. They can bring you back to the Hyatt for the rest of your stay. The rate will remain the same $179. However, to take advantage of this, our conference planners at CONCENTRA need to provide them with a rooming list. If you would like a room, please let Deb (dsmith@concentra-cms.com) know and she will add your name to the list.

NOTE: Kuali has negotiated a special Group Rate of $179.00, for single or double plus applicable taxes, at the Hyatt Regency.  The Group Rate is available for three days prior to the Kuali Coeus User Conference and three days after the Kuali Workshop dates, based on availability of rooms at the hotel.  

Important Notes:

  • The cutoff date for guaranteeing the group rate is Friday, March 23, 2012.  After that date, there is no guarantee that the Group Rate will be available.
  • An Early departure fee of $50 will be charged if an attendee checks out of the Hotel prior to the attendee’s scheduled departure date, unless early departure date is confirmed at the time of check-in.
  • Cancellations must occur at least 24 hours prior to 5pm, the day before scheduled arrival.

Transportation

Air: The Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport is 13 miles from the Hyatt Regency Atlanta.

Airport Shuttle: Atlanta Airport Shuttle (AAS) provides share-ride shuttle service to/from the Hyatt Regency Atlanta for $16.50 one way / $29 roundtrip.
