is open for both the Kuali Coeus User Conference and the Kuali
Community Workshop. Both will be held in Atlanta, with the Kuali Coeus
User Conference Sunday 4/22 through Tuesday 4/24 and the Kuali Community
Workshop Monday 4/23 through Friday 4/27. --THE KUALI COEUS USER CONFERENCE
is open to anyone who wishes to participate. We welcome newcomers and
long-term attendees interested in both MIT Coeus and Kuali Coeus. Everyone who is registered for the 2012 Kuali Coeus User Conference by March 23, 2012 will be automatically entered into a drawing to receive an iPad! In order to win the iPad, the registered attendee must be present at the Closing Plenary session on Tuesday, April 24. If the selected person is not present at this session, we'll draw another name from the pot and award the iPad to that lucky winner. --THE KUALI COMMUNITY WORKSHOP is a week-long event to facilitate face-to-face Kuali Project Team meetings for all Kuali projects, including Development Teams, Functional Councils, SME groups, Technical Councils, and Boards. If you are not a member of one of these teams, but would like to learn more, please contact jfoutty@kuali.org --For anyone who is involved in both activities, please select the registration for “both” and you will get a discounted fee to both events. --A KUALI COEUS BOOT CAMP will be held in conjunction with the Kuali Community Workshop, beginning on Wednesday, April 25 and ending on Friday, April 27. The Boot Camp is intended for technical staff who are interested in getting more hands-on instruction with Kuali Coeus implementation and configuration. We will reference Coeus for comparison, but Coeus experience is not required. Topics covered will include installing and running KC; configuring KC to run in embedded mode against a standalone Rice server; KC development using the Kuali Nervous System; best practices for managing local customizations; integrating KC with CAS and LDAP; maintaining users and authorizations using Kuali Identity Management; and building rules and workflows (maps) using and the Kuali Rules Management System and Kuali Enterprise Workflow. To attend the Boot Camp, you must register for the Kuali Community Workshop. The Boot Camp is not part of the Kuali Coeus User Conference.
PAYMENT POLICY: Payment for the full amount of registration fees must be made prior to or on the first day of the conference. CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations received on or before March 31, 2012 are eligible for a full refund of fees paid, less a 10% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after the March 31, 2012 cut-off date. If you are registering for someone else or a number of people in your department, you will need to get their passwords before you try to register them.
